The White Oak finish has a warm, honey-toned hue with a subtle brown undertone. The Natural finish is slightly lighter, with a touch of grey in the finish. Dust: Regularly dust your table with a soft cloth to prevent dust buildup, which can scratch the wood over time.

Spills: Wipe up spills with a damp cloth to prevent stains & avoid excessive water to prevent warping. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners.

Use Coasters and Placemats: Protect your table from watermarks, heat damage, and scratches by using coasters and placemats under glasses, plates, and hot dishes.

Maintain the Finish: We recommend using Odie's Oil, a natural wax-like substance, once a year to maintain the look of the wood tables. It's easy to apply, non-toxic, and provides an additional layer of protection. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and buff with a soft cloth for best results.

There are three protective coatings of matte non-glossy polyurethane that give the table ample protection from foods and liquids.If this table is indoors and food/liquids are cleaned within 24 hours, you will have no issues with staining, and there will be no need to re-finish the piece. If the table will be used outside, the structure will not be affected but the sun and weather will wear the finish down in 1-4 years depending on where you live.

We recommend avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause fading, discoloration, and cause the solid wood to dry out.

Yes! There would be a customzation fee that covers the logistics and attention that are necessary to get the custom piece to you in a timely and efficient manner. The Topa Topa Rectangular Table can be customized up to 100\" in length.The timeline for a custom piece would be about 3-4 months depending on when the order was placed. The trade discount is also not applied to custom pieces if this is processed through a trade account.

In our experience anywhere coastal or that experiences changes in humidity, the table would definitely need to be covered when not in use to minimize the warping that would occur.In reality, all wood tables will warp, including teak when left outdoors, but the Topa Topa Table which is White Oak may warp faster. It really depends on your tolerance level for movement in the wood. Because the tabletop is solid rather than slatted with gaps, the movement may seem more exaggerated.

No, the table will be delivered with its four legs and tabletop separated. However, our White Glove Delivery team will assemble it for you upon delivery and place it in your home.
