Shipping: We charge $195 per furniture order, which includes white glove delivery. This fee may increase if multiple shipments are required, if the order's weight significantly increases, or if it includes any of our more delicate marble pieces. For smaller items, such as side tables, there is a $50 fee for curbside delivery. Accessories are shipped at no additional charge.

Returns: Furniture returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a restocking fee from the original product price. Return requests will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery.

Washing Instructions

  • Machine Washable: We recommend washing linen in cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C/86°F) on a gentle cycle.
  • Detergent: Use a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the fibers and reduce the fabric's natural absorbency.
  • Sorting: Wash similar colors together to prevent color bleeding.

Drying Methods 

  • Air Dry (Recommended): Hang dry in a well-ventilated area. Linen dries quickly. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Machine Dry: If using a dryer, select a low-heat setting. Remove the fabric while it is still slightly damp to prevent excessive wrinkling.

Ironing & Wrinkle Care 

  • Ironing: Linen wrinkles easily, which is part of its natural charm. For a crisp look, iron while the fabric is still slightly damp using a medium-hot iron.
  • Steam: Using a steam iron is highly effective for removing wrinkles from linen.

Stain Removal

  • Treat stains immediately. Blot the stain with a clean cloth and use a mild stain remover if necessary. Do not rub the stain vigorously.

Storage 

  • Store linen products in a cool, dry place. Avoid plastic storage bags as they can trap moisture; use cotton dust bags instead.

  • Hand Wash Only: Gently hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not bleach.

Our Brushed Cotton is thoughtfully woven and finished in the Netherlands.

Our slipcovers are crafted from natural and thoughtfully sourced materials, many of which are dyed using pigment-based processes to achieve their depth and character. Like all natural textiles, they will evolve over time — especially when exposed to consistent sunlight.

Sunlight, particularly ultraviolet (UV) rays, gradually breaks down dye pigments and fibers. This can result in soft fading or lightening, which is a natural characteristic of untreated, chemical-free fabrics rather than a defect. Darker and high-pigment colors may show this change more noticeably, as they absorb more light and heat.

To preserve the original tone as long as possible, we recommend minimizing prolonged direct sun exposure and periodically rotating cushions for even wear. If your space receives strong, consistent sunlight, lighter fabric selections may age more subtly over time.

Yes. The slipcovers are fully removable for cleaning or care.

No. Each piece arrives fully slipcovered as shown. The covers are designed to be removed, but the product is delivered with the slipcover fully fitted. 

We recommend avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause fading and discoloration. As most of our pieces use solid wood, prolonged exposure can cause the wood to dry out..
