Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We charge $195 per furniture order, which includes white glove delivery. This fee may increase if multiple shipments are required, if the order's weight significantly increases, or if it includes any of our more delicate marble pieces. For smaller items, such as side tables, there is a $50 fee for curbside delivery. Accessories are shipped at no additional charge.

Returns: Furniture returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a restocking fee from the original product price. Return requests will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery.

Is this fabric weather & stain resistant?

Yes, our Outdoor Belgian boucle fabric is designed to withstand outdoor elements and resist stains. Rather than relying on chemical treatments, we select fabrics inherently woven to resist water and staining. The speckled texture conceals marks effectively, while the 100% acrylic outdoor boucle is tightly woven for water resistance. The cushion covers are removable and machine washable for easy maintenance.

How do I clean the cushions?

The cushion covers are removable and machine washable. They should be laid flat or hung to air dry, avoiding the dryer.

Is your furniture rust-proof?

Our Provence Outdoor Collection features iron frames that are powder-coated at 90 parts per million. We found this to be the sweet spot to keep the finish as close to raw iron as possible while still keeping it protected. Any thicker and it was subject to \"orange peeling\" or flaking off through the years. At this time, we do not recommend any additional finish. It's important to note that over time, they may develop a natural patina or rust, typically around 15 years. Our goal is to bring back the qualities we love about vintage furniture, and we believe in letting the material's natural state speak for itself.

Do I need to cover my outdoor furniture?

Using covers for your outdoor furniture can help reduce the need for frequent cleaning. If your furniture is exposed to water or falling leaves, covers can prevent them from accumulating dirt and debris. We offer covers specifically designed for each of our Provence pieces to provide added protection

Is assembly required for the Provence 3 Seater Sofa?

No, this piece will be delivered by our White Glove Delivery Team and assembled on site.

Can I get swatches for this piece?

The boucle fabric is sourced from Belgium and sent to India where the metal frames are made and upholstery is done.

    Even without the cushions, these are beautiful! Just what I was looking for, a lounge chair that could lay flat, or sit up on with a cushion. They’re sturdy, the back moves easily to whichever angle I want, and the cushions feel great to lie on, definitely a wise purchase.
