Shipping: Furniture shipping rates vary based on item weight, order size, and delivery location, and include white glove delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Additional charges may apply for larger orders or if multiple shipments are required to complete delivery. For large parcels, such as side tables, there is a $50 fee for curbside delivery. 

Returns: Furniture returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a 20% restocking fee from the original product price. Return requests will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery. Large parcels, such as side tables, must be in their original packaging.

Yes, absolutely. Our daybed is built to withstand outdoor conditions, including rain. The cushions are upholstered with Sunbrella performance fabric, which is specifically designed to withstand extreme weather conditions. The base is teak wood which is highly water-resistant due to it's natural oils that provide protection against moisture, and the mattress is made with Quick Dry Foam, allowing water to pass through easily.

For Teak Frame:Remove debris with a soft brush.Use a mild soap or teak cleaner with warm water.Gently scrub in the direction of the grain.Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely.For Cushions & Mattress:Remove cushions and brush away debris.Spot clean with mild soap and water.Rinse thoroughly and air dry.

This piece will be fully assembled by the White Glove Delivery team during the delivery appointment.
