Due to the delicate nature and individuality of marble and natural stone, all sales of these items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for marble products once an order has shipped.
Natural Variations
Please note that natural variations in color, veining, raw edge, and texture are inherent characteristics of marble and stone. These features are not considered defects and, therefore, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping & Handling
Marble and stone items require specialized packaging and handling to ensure safe delivery. Despite our meticulous efforts, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit.
- Upon Delivery: We strongly recommend inspecting your item immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please document it with photographs and contact us within 48 hours at Hello@HouseofLeon.com.
- Damage Claims: Damage claims reported within the 48-hour window will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may be eligible for repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the extent of the damage.
- Customer Responsibility: We encourage customers to measure their spaces carefully and consider the unique characteristics of marble before making a purchase. Our team is available to assist with any questions to make sure the piece aligns with your expectations and space.
Custom Orders
