Shipping & Handling

Marble and stone items require specialized packaging and handling to ensure safe delivery. Despite our meticulous efforts, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit.

• Upon Delivery: We strongly recommend inspecting your item immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please document it with photographs and contact us within 48 hours at Hello@HouseofLeon.com.
• Damage Claims: Damage claims reported within the 48-hour window will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may be eligible for repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the extent of the damage.
• Customer Responsibility: We encourage customers to measure their spaces carefully and consider the unique characteristics of marble before making a purchase. Our team is available to assist with any questions to make sure the piece aligns with your expectations and space.
