Care

Frame: Wipe clean with soft, dry cloth If you’d like to go above and beyond in caring for your piece, apply a dab of virgin olive oil to a soft cotton cloth and rub onto the wood every two years. This will nourish the wood and bring out its natural shine.

Jute: Spot clean using water

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We charge $195 per furniture order, which includes white glove delivery. This fee may increase if multiple shipments are required, if the order's weight significantly increases, or if it includes any of our more delicate marble pieces. For smaller items, such as side tables, there is a $50 fee for curbside delivery. Accessories are shipped at no additional charge.

Returns: Furniture returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a restocking fee from the original product price. Return requests will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery.

Is the woven seat secure?

Yes, the woven seat of our Nonna Chair is secure and durable. The jute used in our Nonna Chairs and Counter Stools undergo testing with weights and has proven to be sturdy and durable.

Will direct sunlight damage/fade this piece?

We recommend avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause fading and discoloration. As most of our pieces use solid wood, prolonged exposure can cause the wood to dry out.

How do I know which height I need - bar or counter?

Simply measure from the bottom of your counter or bar overhang. For standard counter height, aim for 35” to 36” above the floor; for bar height, go for 40” to 42”.

Is assembly required for the Nonna Counter Stool?

No, the Nonna Counter Stool comes fully assembled and ready to use.

Can I get swatches for this piece?

Yes, we offer samples for of our solid White Oak however we do not have samples of the jute rope at this time. Our samples are $5, which covers just half our material and shipping costs. Email us at hello@houseofleon.com, and we'll take care of the rest.

Are these commercial grade?

No, the Nonna Chairs and Counter Stools do not come as commercial grade by default. However, we offer customization options for commercial-grade durability.
