Due to the delicate nature and individuality of marble and natural stone, all sales of these items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for marble products once an order has shipped.

Natural Variations

Please note that natural variations in color, veining, raw edge, and texture are inherent characteristics of marble and stone. These features are not considered defects and, therefore, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages

Marble and stone items require specialized packaging and handling to ensure safe delivery. Despite our meticulous efforts, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit, and will replace it.
